Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Compensation Consultant V for a 6+ month contract in New York, NY (Hybrid). The role offers pay of $100–$105/hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to develop and manage compensation, govern programs, and advise on base salary, bonus, and equity. You will design policies, deploy market intelligence, and lead the annual compensation planning process while advising senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 9+ years in compensation in large-scale orgs or as a consultant for a large firm.
• Experience with sales compensation design, governance and processes.
• Ability to design and govern compensation policies and programs.
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory environment.

Immediate need for a talented Compensation Consultant V.

This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in New York,NY(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $100 - $105/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and manage compensation across established client groups
• Establish governance and effectiveness of compensation programs
• Provide expert consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs
• Design and support regulatory efforts
• Deploy market intelligence strategy
• Review compensation policies and practices with the compensation team
• Deliver training to HR and managers on compensation philosophy and programs
• Lead strategic projects while managing routine activities
• Execute the annual compensation planning process
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs
• Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with leaders across the organization

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in compensation in larger scale organizations or as a consultant with a large organization
• Strong client management and problem-solving skills with executive management
• Sales compensation design, governance & process experience
• Ability to design and develop compensation policy and governance
• Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills and business case capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
• Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
• Ability and confidence to advise senior leaders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Knowledge of FLSA and other applicable laws
• 4-year degree or advanced degree highly preferred
