Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or finance.
• 4–7 years of compensation experience in large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with job evaluation, architecture, market benchmarking, merit cycles, and analytics.
• Experience supporting corporate, non-union, blue-collar and skilled labor populations.
• Strong knowledge of pay equity, transparency, salary structures, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support job evaluation, architecture, market pricing, and analysis across employee groups.
• Administer annual merit, incentive programs, and off-cycle reviews, including forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze market data, internal equity, financial impacts, and governance to develop recommendations.
• Prepare data-driven insights, reports, cost models, and forecasts for HR leaders and execs.
• Contribute to pay transparency, equity, policy documentation, and governance initiatives.
• Provide guidance on leveling, market positioning, and policy interpretation.
