This role partners closely with HR and senior leadership to deliver data‑driven, market‑competitive compensation solutions across corporate, non‑union, and skilled labor roles. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced compensation professional who can work independently, quickly integrate with the team, and bring hands‑on compensation cycle and HRIS experience; Dayforce experience across Canada and the United States is considered an asset.
Salary: The expected annual salary range for this role is $70,000–$90,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography. As this is a contract opportunity, benefit and incentive eligibility will be confirmed based on the terms of the assignment.
