We Are Hiring
  • Department: Compensation Services
  • Schedule: Full Time, Days
  • Location: Remote with less than 10% travel
What You Will Do

The Compensation Consultant collaborates with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor on all compensation strategies, programs, processes, and policies. They listen to understand market challenges, provide thought leadership, and bring best practice compensation solutions within budget and standards to attract and retain associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with market business leaders, HR, and stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters.
  • Research market concerns, identify trends, and participate in complex client conversations to explore solutions.
  • Act as liaison within the compensation team, sharing market challenges and collaborating on solutions.
  • Work with labor relations on solutions impacting collective bargaining agreements.
  • Lead daily team assignments, ensuring quality, deadlines, and development opportunities.
  • Research market conditions, analyze HR data, and translate data into actionable insights to support compensation strategies.
  • Design and implement compensation solutions using approved methodologies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Participate in national committees and initiatives related to compensation programs and policies.
  • Work independently with attention to detail, applying analytical skills to support business objectives.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Master's preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years required; 10 years preferred.
Additional Preferences
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Healthcare experience and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus.
