Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to support compensation-related requests from HR partners, align with our compensation philosophy, and work with the Senior Compensation Business Partner on market analyses and initiative implementation.

You will serve as a data-driven advisor, lead market pricing and benchmarking, assist with pay equity reviews, and help maintain data integrity while enabling auditors and leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in HR or related field required.
  • 3+ years of job-related experience.
  • Experience supporting HRBPs in a consultative capacity.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data trends and provide data visualization.
  • Experience with an HRIS system Workday.

Job Summary

The Compensation Business Partner supports the review and processing of compensation-related requests from Human Resources Business Partners, help to ensure alignment with the organization’s compensation philosophy and guidelines. This role works closely with the Senior Compensation Business Partner to assist with market analysis, support the implementation of compensation initiatives, and contribute to recommendations that promote market competitiveness. The position offers exposure to both compensation strategy and execution, providing opportunities to develop analytical, operational, and consulting skills. This position reports to the Manager of Compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners on processes and provide guidance
  • Support annual compensation cycles (annual pay increases, bonuses)
  • Process monthly one-time payments.
  • Serve as the lead compensation partner for WD testing, new updates, and learnings
  • Lead market pricing and benchmarking analyses
  • Assist in pay equity reviews and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor external trends to ensure competitive positioning
  • Interpret compensation data to provide actionable insights
  • Leverage HR analytics tools to assess trends and outcomes
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain data integrity
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or related field of study required
  • Three (3) or more years of job-related experience required
  • Experience supporting human resources business partner in a consultative capacity required
  • Ability to interpret compensation data trends and provide data visualization required
  • Experience with HRIS system Workday required
