Job summary

Job Summary

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multiple warehouse functions required.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
Skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, support, and motivate team members.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes and workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and support process improvements.
Certifications or Licenses
  • None required.
Preferred Certifications
  • OSHA forklift certification preferred.
  • Additional warehouse safety or equipment certifications considered a plus.
