Job summary

Cobalt Service Partners in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to administer and improve the compensation and benefits programs across all partner companies. This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, with 2 days a week onsite.

You will own compensation and benefits for the platform from start to finish, serving as the go-to expert on how our people are paid and covered. You will know our plans, our bands, and our compliance calendar well enough to prevent

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation and benefits administration across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and 401(k) programs.
• Ability to build and QC comp calculations and cost models in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compensation records across partner companies and share with Finance.
• Calculate and payout bonuses and commissions using established frameworks.
• Manage annual benefits renewal and open enrollment across all partners.
• Move acquired companies onto the benefits plan and coordinate transitions.
• Own platform-wide ACA and EEOC reporting and related recordkeeping.
