Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Administrator to support day-to-day administration of employee benefits and compensation programs. This role ensures accurate enrollments, payroll deductions, and benefit changes while delivering excellent service to employees.

The administrator supports the transition of Benefits Administration to a centralized function within a corporate setting, coordinating with HR and Payroll to ensure timely data flow and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, payroll, or benefits administration experience required.
• Experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems required.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills required.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to support multiple state employment.
• High levels of reliability and accountability required.

Responsibilities

• Process employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations (Employee Navigator).
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary plans.
• Set up and maintain benefits payroll deductions (Paylocity).
• Coordinate new hire benefits setup and track enrollment deadlines.
• Support 401(k) enrollments and updates.
• Manage HSA setup and payroll deductions.
