As our Compensation & Benefits Manager, you'll partner with leaders across People & Culture, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to ensure our employees receive competitive compensation, outstanding benefits, and accurate payroll while maintaining compliance across multiple states.
In this role, you'll:
Lead and enhance our compensation programs by developing competitive pay strategies, conducting market analyses, maintaining salary structures, supporting annual compensation planning, and partnering with Talent Acquisition and leadership to ensure fair, competitive compensation practices.
Oversee our employee benefits and retirement programs, including vendor partnerships, open enrollment, benefits administration, and 401(k) oversight, while continually evaluating program effectiveness and enhancing the employee experience.
Manage multi-state payroll operations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, reporting, payroll controls, and continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing meaningful reporting and analytics that support business decisions. Partner with Finance on payroll accounting, monitor regulatory changes, support audits, and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.
