You will administer, analyze, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs across a multi-location retail organization, partnering with HR, payroll, and finance to ensure accurate pay, compliant practices, and competitive packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and employee benefits programs.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance to ensure employees are compensated accurately and benefits are administered effectively.
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with business objectives across multi-location operations.
