  • Support Finance in calculating sales commissions according to the revenue team compensation plans and policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Answer and resolve commission questions, commission cases, and issues that arise from the Sales and Client Success team.
  • Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior team members.
  • Validate sales and client success data for accuracy and consistency with the different Compensation Program guidelines.
  • Assume ownership of data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM, partnering with Sales and Client Success managers to uphold standards and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support compensation planning and analysis needs.
  • Provide agile cross-functional support and assist Sales management on projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales and comp plan best practices.
