POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Analytics to join our growing analytics team. This individual will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, the Senior Analyst will partner with stakeholders across Data Science, Digital and Print Marketing, Private Label Credit and Loyalty Marketing, Finance, and Product, to deliver actionable insights that optimize performance, guide investment decisions, drive cost-effective new customer acquisition strategies, and uncover growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, thrives on turning data into strategy, and wants to make a tangible impact.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, integrate, and validate data from internal and external sources including digital platforms, customer databases, and financial systems in preparation for analysis
• Analyze and report on core business KPIs such as Customer File Growth, Customer Performance, New Customer Acquisition, ROAS, CAC, and LTV
• Support Head of Analytics on all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting organization-wide
• Automate/standardize reporting functions across brands to accelerate information and insight delivery
• Partner with the Senior Director of Private Label Credit (PLCC) and Loyalty Marketing to quantify the impact of our PLCC marketing and newly launched loyalty programs
• Support new customer acquisition efforts by analyzing channel performance, CAC, and LTVs to drive acquisition strategy and optimize marketing spend
• Contribute to ROAS and customer acquisition target-setting
• Monitor customer journeys, engagement metrics, and site performance using tools such as MS Excel, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau
• SQL and SAS experience preferred but not required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative/analytical field, computer science, marketing, or business
• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or business reporting role; experience analyzing digital and DTC data, particularly in apparel, is a plus
• Skilled at managing and integrating data from multiple sources to create business reports; ability to extract and interpret data to drive critical business decisions
• Strong Excel modeling skills with proficiency in other MS products (Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more analytics tools/languages (e.g., Python, R) preferred but not required; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Strong understanding of business KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, EBITDA, and promotional performance metrics
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Business-savvy with the ability to connect data insights to strategic outcomes
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Highly collaborative and able to influence across cross-functional teams
• Self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Curious, resourceful, and driven by impact
