Learn how compensation works within HR at HPE, including base salary, bonuses, and stock.
Understand how we classify work and how we pay team members in a Center of Excellence.
Assist with organizational budgeting, reporting, or dashboards as needed.
Create training materials or documentation to support HR/People Leader communities.
Audit information with high attention to detail and look for efficiency gains.
Contribute to process improvements and new ways of thinking.
