The role provides hands-on exposure to compensation programs and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices across the organization. This internship involves supporting job evaluations, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining confidential compensation data.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities.
• Compile, analyze, and report on compensation and workforce data to support business decisions.
• Support job evaluations, job description reviews, and compensation-related projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for compensation planning and reporting.
• Maintain compensation data, records, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
