Job summary

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. The role partners with the Director of Total Rewards to analyze market data, develop salary structures, and manage merit, promotions, and recognition programs.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in compensation or HRIS data management (Workday preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience including 2 years in HRIS data management; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responds to compensation inquiries from employees and managers.
• Completes and submits compensation surveys under the direction of TR Director, ensuring accurate and timely market data reporting.
• Compiles and validates internal and external compensation data; maintains salary structures and market reports; supports market analyses and program enhancements.
• Executes annual compensation processes including merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to provide data for offers and transfers, ensuring alignment with salary structures.
• Partners with People Technology to ensure accurate Workday processing of compensation data.
• Prepares recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and analyses for leadership and stakeholders.
• Administers rewards and recognition programs from a compensation perspective.
• Ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.
