Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions provides cooling technologies and is building a Total Rewards function from the ground up. We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, launch, and administer compensation programs that will scale with the company.

You will partner with the Total Rewards Leader, analyze data, benchmark roles, and help stand up frameworks, policies, and tools that will guide how the company pays its people for years to come.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to explain compensation concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and benchmark against market survey data to ensure appropriate leveling.
• Participate in compensation survey submissions and analyze results to inform pay decisions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to evaluate offers, promotions, and internal transfers while ensuring internal equity.
• Support annual compensation cycles, merit increases, and equity refresh processes.
• Maintain and audit compensation data within the HRIS and ensure accuracy of pay grades and classifications.
• Prepare compensation analyses, dashboards, and reports for HR and business leaders.
• Respond to day-to-day compensation questions with guidance grounded in policy.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency laws and minimum wage regulations.
• Assist with FLSA classification reviews and audits.
