Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality-forward organization with 40+ locations, seeks a Compensation Specialist in Las Vegas to design and manage pay plans across sales, service and fixed ops. You will ensure equity, maintain HRIS data, and collaborate with HR as markets and roles evolve.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, confidentiality, and partnership with leadership to optimize compensation structures in a fast-growing multi-state company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compensation, total rewards, HR operations, or related analytical HR experience.
• Experience with variable pay plan design or administration is a strong plus, especially in automotive/retail.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; able to handle large data sets and build models.

Responsibilities

• Draft, build, and manage pay plans across the organization, including variable compensation for sales, service, and fixed ops.
• Review compensation for new hires and transfers to ensure equity and alignment with pay bands.
• Maintain and audit position codes, job titles, and compensation in the HRIS.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to support compensation decisions for new roles and market adjustments.
• Conduct regular compensation benchmarking against market data.
• Assist with policy development and documentation of pay structures.
