Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support pay structures, merit planning, and compensation processes. You will gather market data, analyze trends, maintain job descriptions, and ensure data integrity across compensation programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 2+ years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and Power BI is expected; cold data audits and policy retraining support are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field OR years of experience in lieu of degree required.
• Years of Experience: 2+ years with degree; 6+ years without degree.
• Software Knowledge: MS Office, mail merge, HRIS, Power BI reporting/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation of pay structures and compensation rates.
• Gather market data and analyze trends for compensation programs.
• Participate in merit planning cycle and payout processes.
• Maintain job descriptions for all positions.
• Execute job code creation and maintenance processes.
• Maintain compensation philosophy, processes and policies; update docs and retrain stakeholders.
• Support annual compensation cycle including GWI, incentives, P4P payouts, etc.
• Perform audits for data integrity and compliance on a cadence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field OR years of experience in lieu of degree required.
