Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR, accounting/finance, business, or related professional role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and share insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation analysis and Pay-for-Performance (PFP) projects that support compensation planning across the organization.
• Complete salary surveys and utilize market data to maintain competitive compensation ranges for each position.
• Recommend areas of process improvement related to compensation analysis and PFP.
• Develop communication and training materials based on organizational needs.
• Respond to requests for reports by developing, maintaining, and distributing standard and custom reports and queries.
• Operate within HRIS and Compensation Software to support compensation analysis and pay-for-performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures and practices.
