Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and improve NA compensation programs. The role partners with HR, business leaders, and Total Rewards to ensure competitive, equitable pay aligned with business strategy.

The analyst will provide analytical support for base pay, incentive compensation, job architecture, salary structures, and market pricing, helping attract and retain talent while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
4-6 years of progressive compensation experience in a corporate environment.
Experience administering annual merit, incentive, and salary planning programs.

Responsibilities

Support the administration of annual merit, bonus, and salary planning processes across North America.
Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses using external salary surveys.
Coordinate annual participation in compensation surveys and maintain market data from multiple providers.
Analyze compensation trends and develop recommendations for offers, promotions, and market adjustments.
Assist with the design, maintenance, and governance of salary structures, pay grades, and ranges.
Prepare compensation models, reports, and dashboards using large datasets.
