Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation administration or related HR role.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to compensation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compensation data in the HRIS.
• Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on compensation trends for management review.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmark industry pay.
• Analyze market data to identify salary gaps and adjust as needed.
• Prepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadership.
• Process salary changes including merit increases and promotions.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to set salary ranges for new positions.
• Calculate and administer cost-of-living adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws.
• Monitor and update practices to stay compliant.
• Assist in job evaluation and grading.
• Review job descriptions to reflect current market demands.
• Generate reports on compensation metrics (average salary, distribution, pay equity).
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Provide salary inquiries support to employees and managers.
• Collaborate to integrate compensation with other HR functions.
