Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Lincolnshire and/or Chicago, IL. The role supports day-to-day compensation processes, data management, and analysis under supervision.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in base pay, incentives, salary ranges, and internal equity while collaborating with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years’ compensation experience.
• Experience with compensation concepts, pay practices, or HR processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS such as Workday or ADP is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administration and communication of base pay, incentive, and other compensation programs.
• Support review of compensation approvals for offers and pay changes to ensure alignment with salary ranges and internal equity.
• Audit employee data in Workday for accuracy and communicate payroll changes.
