Job summary

Camping World is seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Lincolnshire and/or Chicago, IL. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in compensation practices, HR systems, data analysis, and total rewards while working with an experienced team.

You will support day‑to‑day compensation administration, data integrity in Workday/ADP, and participation in salary reviews and market surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of compensation experience.
• Experience in compensation, HR, payroll, data analysis preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Workday or ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and communication of base pay, incentive, and other programs.
• Review offers and pay changes for alignment with salary ranges and internal equity.
• Audit compensation data to ensure compliance with minimum rates and thresholds.
• Monitor changes in compensation regulations and coordinate updates.
• Audit Workday data for accuracy including profiles and salary ranges.
• Compare Workday and ADP payroll data and implement adjustments.
• Support updates to compensation data in Workday (profiles, grades, ranges).
• Test Workday processes and document results for the team.
• Assist in market data gathering and equity analyses; provide recommendations on exemptions and targets.
• Participate in external compensation surveys.
• Prepare compensation-related communications and training materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
