Role requires mastering HR analytics, working with finance, and ensuring compliance with market benchmarks. This position is on-site at the Phoenix facility with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HRIS, analytics, HR, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of HR experience acceptable.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed compensation reports and salary analyses.
• Analyze headcount and pay data for accuracy and trends.
• Ensure compensation practices align with legal and market standards.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership on compensation programs.
• Design procedures for administration of compensation and benefits.
