Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Compensation Analyst to analyze compensation data, generate reports and identify salary trends. The role supports local HR, finance and leadership in a fast-moving semiconductor environment at the Phoenix facility.

Responsibilities include developing reports for STI, LTl, merit increases, headcount analysis, market benchmarking, and ensuring compliance. On-site, 40 hrs/week, located at 5088 W. Innovation Circle, Phoenix, AZ 85083.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in HRIS, analytics, HR, or related field.
Bachelor's degree with 2 years HR experience as alternative.
Experience interpreting data and presenting actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed reports for compensation strategies including STI and LTl, merit increases, and promotions.
Generate and analyze headcount reports to track distribution across departments, job levels and pay grades.
Analyze salary offers for home and host country assignees against local market standards and internal structures.
Conduct market research and surveys to ensure competitiveness and fairness in compensation plans.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership to implement compensation and benefits strategies.
