LHH is seeking Compensation Analysts in New Jersey to support compensation programs, salary benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives. The role involves working with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable compensation aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a 2+ years background in compensation analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS/compensation databases.

• Analyze compensation data and market trends to support salary recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data and market trends to support salary recommendations.
• Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and internal equity reviews.
• Assist with the administration of salary structures, merit programs, incentives, and bonus plans.
• Support annual compensation planning cycles.
• Participate in pay equity analyses and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Maintain compensation documentation, job architecture, and related records.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives.
