Qualifications

Vaco has partnered with a growing organization undergoing significant transformation of its global compensation function. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst Consultant with strong Xactly and sales compensation expertise.

Job Title: Compensation Analyst Consultant

Location: Remote (PST preferred)

Pay Rate: $50 - $65 per hour

Project Duration: 3-6+ months

Start Date: ASAP
