$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Duration: 18 months

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary reviews, and market benchmarking
  • Support compensation processes in Workday (e.g., year-end compensation, job change analyses).
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Collaborate with Compensation Consultants and business leaders to resolve policy-related issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years in compensation analysis or related HR/finance roles.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
