About the Opportunity
As a Global Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our compensation programs remain competitive across international markets. You’ll analyze salary data, conduct market benchmarking, and support job evaluations to help shape fair and strategic pay structures worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work with global compensation trends, collaborate across regions, and provide data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform data insights and analysis to support compensation-related activities, including budgeting, cost modeling, and strategic decision-making.
- Generate the California Pay Data Report requested by the DOL and collaborate on all other mandatory reporting, such as EU Equal Pay and Transparency Directives.
- Coordinate all global salary surveys, including survey submissions, job matching, and analysis.
- Conduct job analysis, answer AskHR questions, and prepare ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain and optimize the online compensation platform (Payfactors) to ensure competitive compensation programs.
- Support the AOP - Compensation data submission.
- Lead and execute U.S. Seasonal Wage Planning, collaborating with stakeholders for merit cycles and bonus payouts.
- Calculate and ensure timely payment of the Return to Work Bonus, including statements and 401k forms, and gather prior earnings data.
- Review and update global salary structures, benchmarking, and job mapping to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support the Annual Compensation Review process, including budgeting, HRIS configuration, and communication.
- Audit and support the Annual Profit-Sharing bonus payout to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the compensation partner for seasonal employees in the U.S. and DEMEA, administering pay programs and consulting with managers.
- Maintain the job leveling framework, assess jobs, confirm exemption status, and manage in Workday.
- Update and deliver educational and communication materials related to compensation.
- Partner with HR to ensure alignment of compensation with other HR initiatives, and incorporate external best practices.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years minimum experience as a Compensation Analyst.
- Proven experience with attention to detail and progression in the field.
- Knowledge of broad-based compensation.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Data analytics certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish speaking skills.
- Experience in private companies.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is estimated between $60,502.60 and $90,451.40. The actual offer depends on experience, skills, education, location, and internal pay equity.
