The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR professional with expertise in compensation analysis and market benchmarking. Location: Houston, TX

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

Analyze internal pay structures to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals.
Conduct and interpret external market surveys and compensation data.
Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies.
Assist in job evaluations and job analysis processes.
Provide data-driven recommendations regarding promotions, pay increases, and organizational structure changes.
Compile and present compensation data reports to leadership teams.
Collaborate with HR leadership to plan and forecast compensation budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field
CCP certification preferred
Proven track record in analytical roles
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly the FLSA
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy
Experience in designing compensation programs and conducting market benchmarking
Proficient in HR compliance, especially FLSA and federal/state labor laws
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
