This position is fully onsite in Ft Lauderdale FL
Provides analysis and support for all compensation programs and policies including but not limited to job evaluations, position grading, salary structures, market surveys, annual merit review processes, fair market values, employee performance awards, and variable pay plans. Assists in developing, designing, analyzing, and administrating compensation plans, policies, and procedures including bonus and Lawson/systems-related projects. Assists with the administration of position control and hierarchy maintenance.
