Wolfspeed is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation design, implementation, and administration for exempt and non-exempt staff in a dynamic team environment. The role involves participating in surveys, supporting the annual planning cycle, and ensuring pay programs align with policies and market benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of experience, strong quantitative skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS. CCP is preferred.

Wolfspeed’s Human Resources business unit is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs. This includes compensation program design (e.g. salary, annual and long-term incentive), implementation, and administration for exempt and non-exempt staff.
