You will assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and procedures, record medical histories, manage laboratory work, and support a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to pet well-being.

Qualifications

Must have college or college-equivalent education and be credentialed as a Veterinary Technician in the state of practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compassionate, sympathetic, and able to maintain professionalism under stress.
Must be a team player and willing to learn new techniques and treatments.
Must have telephone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients, collect vitals, and document patient history in the EMR.
Assist veterinarian with exams, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia under supervision.
Perform restraint, collect samples, handle medications, and maintain EMR records.
Schedule appointments, educate clients, relay results, manage inventory and client records.
