BluePearl Pet Hospital in Nashville, TN is seeking an extraordinary Veterinary Receptionist. You will greet clients warmly, answer calls, and manage appointments while maintaining calm, compassionate service in emotional moments.

The role offers $17.00 - $23.00 per hour with (4) 10-hour shifts rotating days, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. You’ll support clients and pets through attentive, empathetic communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism at the front desk.
• Answer calls, verify appointments, and relay information clearly.
• Assess arrival needs and determine emergency vs standard care.
• Coordinate with team and manage scheduling and reminders.
• Provide emotional support to grieving clients and assist with pet remains.
