BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital is seeking an overnight Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients, manage a calm front desk, and support teams during night shifts. You will handle admissions with care and coordinate with the medical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.

The role requires empathy, clear communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure during emotionally charged moments. Monday–Thursday, 10:00pm–8:00am; competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, professional client interactions.
• Ability to stay calm in emotional situations.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warm, professional acknowledgment.
• Assess clients and pet needs upon arrival.
• Determine whether an arrival is stat vs standard.
• Confirm appointments and relay prep instructions.
• Provide emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients.
• Act as liaison during handling of pet remains.
