Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and acknowledge them at the entry.
• Maintain friendly demeanor with eye contact and a smile.
• Act as a compassionate listener.
• Speak clearly and calmly in person and on the phone.
• Assess arrival needs and the pet's condition immediately.
• Determine if an emergency is 'stat' or 'standard'.
• Route non-patient calls to the appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments and advise on pet preparation.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Loster liaison with service agencies during pet remains handling.
