Job summary

Snohomish Station Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role offers three to four 10-hour shifts weekly, with a starting salary of $18–$21 per hour and a strong emphasis on compassionate client service.

As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome clients and their pets, schedule appointments, manage records, process payments, and support the front desk to keep the hospital running smoothly. Veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Veterinary reception experience preferred.
• Full-time; 3–4 10-hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and care.
• Answer calls and emails with outstanding service.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily flow.
• Collect medical histories and update patient records.
• Process payments and assist check-in/out.
• Maintain client and patient information in the practice system.
• Provide administrative support to help the hospital operate efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team.
