• Basic understanding of veterinary terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a positive front desk experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage a multi-line phone system.
• Enter and maintain client and patient records in the practice management software.
• Process payments, invoices, and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Communicate between clients and veterinary staff regarding appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Manage prescription refill requests and coordinate with the veterinary team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
