Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker and strong communicator.
• Highly organized with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, answer questions, triage concerns.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide emotional support to clients during times of need.
• Maintain reception area appearance and manage calls and emails.
