Chewy Vet Care in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our Healthcare Practice Team. As a clinical team member, you’ll support veterinarians, operate equipment (lab, radiology, anesthesia, dental), and help deliver patient- and pet parent‑centered care in a forward-looking, technology‑driven practice.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited veterinary assistant program is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant in practice.
• Strong patient empathy and excellent client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level veterinary support to the practice team with veterinary assistants' skills.
• Assist veterinarians with operating medical equipment (lab, radiology, anesthesia, dental).
• Maintain SOPs and SOC compliance, and review client invoices and payments.
• Communicate clearly with team members and pet parents to relay updates.
• Assist with inventory and pharmacy-related tasks as needed.
