Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, team player with strong communication.
• Highly organized and proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients, triage concerns.
• Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide friendly emotional support during times of need.
