Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide compassionate, professional support in person and over the phone.
• Educate clients and referring veterinarians about available emergency and specialty services.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments within our multi-specialty animal hospital.
• Handle reminder and follow-up communications by phone and email.
• Update and maintain client and patient records and files; communicate with clients and hospital team members.
• Support emergency and specialty departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Help create a positive client experience during routine and emotionally challenging situations.
