• Coordinate care: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for pet health by guiding clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism as a calm presence for clients and their pets.
