Job summary

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services seeks a dependable Van Driver in Newton, NJ to organize and transport service recipients to and from the Partial Care program. The role requires punctuality, safety, and strong communication with the team.

You will plan weekly routes, maintain logs and time/mileage records, and ensure compliant operation of a large passenger vehicle. A High School diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledgeable in maps and GPS platforms to plan and execute transportation routes.
• Experience driving large passenger vans.
• Able to respond to roadside emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and provides transportation for service recipients to and from the Partial Care program.
• Communicates availability of transportation services and arranges referrals.
• Sets up weekly transportation lists and plans routes for pickup/dropoff.
• Safely transports recipients and maintains vehicle security.
• Maintains time and mileage records and transport logs.
• Seeks supervision monthly and attends team meetings as assigned.
