Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; candidates may enter NGHS PCT Academy if lacking CNA or PCT credentials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and report basic patient data such as vitals and intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and hygiene per procedures.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and convey requests to the nursing staff.
• Maintain patient charts, supplies, and unit cleanliness.
