Responsibilities

• Obtains and reports basic patient physiological data (vital signs, weight, urine/stool condition).
• Monitors intake/output and records on forms.
• Identifies and reports status changes to licensed staff.
• Organizes patient care per physician/nursing orders and timelines.
• Performs therapeutic procedures and documents patient response.
• Completes unit competency assessments and participates in staff meetings.
