Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA is seeking a non-licensed Clinical Support staff member trained for flexible nursing support and transport duties, under the supervision of the shift primary nurse. You will perform basic clinical tasks, assist in patient rooms, and support units, across adolescent to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CCHT certification for dialysis unit preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as nursing assistant, patient care technician, or unit assistant required; nursing students eligible.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and report basic patient data (vital signs, weight, skin condition, urine/stool).
• Monitor intake and urine output and record on forms.
• Identify and report changes to licensed staff promptly.
• Organize patient care and prioritize per physician orders.
• Perform basic clinical duties and support patient comfort and safety.
