Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a Treatment Nurse to provide primary skin care to residents per their care plan, under supervision of the Medical Director/Attending Physician and the Director of Nursing.

The nurse will treat residents with kindness and respect, communicate clearly with residents, families and staff, and perform duties to support patient wellbeing, including privacy, infection control, and accurate documentation.

Qualificações

• RN or LVN degree from accredited school or college.
• Valid RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Valid CPR and BLS card.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with Care Planning Team on assessment evaluations.
• Provide nursing care in privacy and per facility policies.
• Check vital signs and dress wounds.
• Assist physicians during rounds when requested.
• Listen to residents and families and address questions.
• Document progress notes accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow infection control policies and proper hand hygiene.
• Report occupational exposures to a supervisor immediately.
• Attend annual in-service training programs and meetings.

Conhecimentos

Skilled nursing experience

English proficiency

Computer literacy

CPR/BLS certification

Formação académica

RN Nursing Degree or LVN

Valid RN or LVN license

Valid CPR and BLS card
