San Antonio North Nursing and Rehabilitation in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Treatment Nurse to ensure prescribed care is delivered and properly documented. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, wound assessment, and maintaining resident dignity and comfort.

The role requires an active RN or LVN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of long-term care experience. Strong communication with residents, families, and the care team is essential for quality outcomes.

• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions for clinical calculations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate plans of care with residents and families, including PT/OT and other protocols.
• Chart nursing notes accurately reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Provide resident care including administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observe and document wounds and pressure sores, notify physicians of changes.
• Assist in updating care plans and coordinating with physicians and other health professionals.
