Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of an RN and follow care plans, ensuring infection control and PPE use are maintained.

Responsibilities include assisting with basic health care tasks, documenting observations, and supporting residents’ comfort and well-being in a rural health environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• QMAP certification may be required in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care.
• Record vital signs and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Support meals, dining, and nutrition needs.
• Document resident interactions and report changes to the RN.
